These Terms and Conditions ( “Terms”) are entered between you and Pure Path Wellness, LLC (“Pure Path” “We” “Our” “Us”) with respect to your access and/or use of Our website located at https://www.purepathwellnessllc.com (the “Site”) including all content, information, graphics, videos, products, services and communications made available on or through the Site and/or through Our services.

Please read these Terms carefully before you access or use the Site or any purchase or use any of Our services. By accessing or using the Site, including signing up or purchasing any of Our services, you expressly accept and agree to these Terms and Our Privacy Policy located at https://www.purepathwellnessllc.com/privacy-policy . IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OR OUR PRIVACY POLICY, STOP USING THE SITE AND DO NOT USE OR PURCHASE ANY OF OUR SERVICES.

We reserve the right to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms at any time. You are responsible for checking these Terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site and/or purchase or use of any of Our services following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to those changes.

Prohibited Uses

By using the Site and/or any of Our services made available on or through the Site, you express your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in Our Privacy Policy.

Our Wellness Service Packages

We offer three distinct wellness service packages. Each package’s scope of services is detailed on Our Site here: https://www.purepathwellnessllc.com/services.

To learn more about Our wellness service packages, We offer a 1-hour initial consultation for a fixed flat fee of $59.00 USD (United States dollars). The initial consultation is a comprehensive session designed to thoroughly assess your individual health and wellness needs. During this hour-long session, Our certified integrative health practitioner will conduct a detailed review of your health and wellness history, discuss your current concerns and wellness goals, assess your lifestyle factors (including diet, exercise, stress levels and sleep patterns), explore your preferences for different types of integrative health practices, and answer your questions about Our services. Based on this thorough assessment, Our certified integrative health practitioner will discuss the wellness service package that best aligns with your needs and goals and provide you detailed pricing information for package you decide to purchase. While the initial consultation is designed to provide you with comprehensive information and recommendations, there is no obligation to purchase a service package following your session.

Pure Path reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any of Our wellness service packages at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the current offerings before making a purchase.

Financial Responsibility

We do not bill insurance companies for Our services, and none of Our services are covered by any health insurance plans You understand and agree that you are financially responsible for payment of all fees associated with Our wellness service packages.

No Refund Policy

All purchases of Pure Path’s wellness service packages are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including, but not limited to, dissatisfaction with services, change of mind, or inability to attend scheduled sessions.

Initial Consultation Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your initial consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. You can cancel or reschedule by following the instructions provided in the email that was sent to you confirming the booking of your initial consultation.
No-Show and Late Cancellation Fee. If you fail to attend your scheduled initial consultation or do not cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a no-show fee of $50.00 USD. This fee helps to cover the costs associated with the preparation for your consultation and the time reserved for you.
Exceptions. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you experience an emergency that prevents you from attending your scheduled initial consultation or canceling within the required timeframe, please contact Us as soon as possible. Exceptions to the no-show fee may be made at Our discretion in cases of genuine emergencies.
Refunds. The no-show fee is non-refundable unless We determine that an exception applies, as outlined in section 3 above.
Changes to Policy. We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected in these Terms and will apply to appointments scheduled after the change is posted.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, adequacy, suitability or usefulness of any such information. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own initiative and sole risk.
